b. Retailers
Retailers may use our website to:

List products using a data feed or through our API
Provide product information, prices, and availability
Promote their products via advertisements and featured listings (depending on subscription tier)

Retailers are solely responsible for ensuring that the data they provide is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with applicable laws.

2. Notifications and Availability

For Consumers who create saved searches and alerts:

We use commercially reasonable efforts to send notifications when a product becomes available, reaches a specified price, or when your search criteria is met.
However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of notifications due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to third-party data reliability, network issues, or service outages.

3. Third-Party Websites and Content

Our platform redirects Consumers to third-party Retailer websites to complete transactions. We do not:

Own, control, or manage third-party Retailer websites
Guarantee the accuracy of product listings, prices, or stock availability
Endorse or assume responsibility for any content, terms, or policies on Retailer websites

Your use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk and is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

4. Data Feeds and API Usage

Retailers may submit product data via data feeds or maintain it via API:

We will make reasonable efforts to ingest and update listings regularly
However, we are not liable for any delays or errors in updating product data due to issues in the data feed, API submissions, or technical limitations
Retailers are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information provided

5. Advertisements and Promoted Products

Retailers with eligible subscriptions may display:

On-site advertisements
Promoted or featured product listings

We reserve the right to manage the placement and visibility of such content. All advertisements and promoted listings must adhere to our content and design guidelines, which include but are not limited to the following:

Advertisements must be appropriate for all ages
Content must not include sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive material
Visual elements must be professionally designed and not disrupt the visual integrity of our website (e.g., no excessively bright colors or flashing graphics that clash with the site’s layout)
Submitted creatives must be correctly sized and formatted according to our specifications
