Refund Policy

Thank you for using GunNabber LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). We strive to provide a high-quality service and clear, fair policies. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or subscription.
1. No Refunds
All purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not issue refunds or credits for any reason, except in the case of a verified billing error on our part, such as:
- A double charge for the same transaction
- An incorrect amount charged due to a system miscalculation
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at info@gunnabber.com within 14 days of the charge, and we will review the issue promptly.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the billing period
- After the expiration date, your access will be discontinued unless you renew
3. Subscription Downgrades
If you choose to downgrade your subscription:
- Your current (higher-tier) subscription features will remain active until the end of your billing period
- The downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- No refunds or credits will be issued for the difference in subscription levels during the remainder of your current cycle
